Refund & Returns Policy

2) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers) — 14 days

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days
without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

3) Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Items should be unused, unworn, and in original packaging where possible.
  • Please include all accessories, manuals, tags, and free gifts received with the order (if applicable).
  • You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4) Items that cannot be returned (exceptions)

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories, including (where applicable by law):

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Audio/video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

5) How to return an item

    with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Wait for return instructions. We will confirm the return and provide the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. If possible, use the original packaging.
  4. Ship the return according to the instructions provided. Please keep your proof of postage.

Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

6) Return shipping costs

  • If you return an item because you changed your mind (withdrawal), you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we made an error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
    (as agreed with you in advance).

7) Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the transaction (unless we agree otherwise).

  • Timing: We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw,
    but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back—whichever is earlier.
  • What is refunded: If you withdraw from the purchase, we refund the item price and the standard cost of delivery (if charged),
    in accordance with applicable law. Any extra costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option (if offered) are not refundable.
  • Deductions: We may make a deduction for loss in value if the goods were handled beyond what is necessary.

8) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue.

To help us resolve it quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (and the packaging if relevant)
  • A short description of what is wrong

9) Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
In some cases, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.

10) Order cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.
If it has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal according to Section 2 and return the goods according to this policy.
